Raffle Ball - Winner Selection Question

Afternoon,

I purchased the Raffle Ball earlier today and it so far is working out wonderfully. Has many more options than the previous ball we were using. I have a question I can't seem to find an answer to in any of the instructions and was hoping someone here could help me with. We use the raffle ball at our club, if someone TPs in, joins the raffle and leaves, when we select a winner (its set to manual) are they still in the running? Our policy has always been you must be here to win. This helps keep down on cheaters. So my question is this:

Does the ball include people on find a winner, who have left the event if they entered it while being present?
Is there a way I can set the ball to only include people around it or near it?

The ASD Raffle Systems does not have a "Must be present to Win" feature, however that is something I would like to add in a future update.

I sell products named Random Money Giver and Random Prize Giver that may be more appropriate for that type of situation. They can be set to give prizes to only those in the area, you set range (up to 96 meters.) For more information on these items see this page, (they are near the top of that page.)
